If it's Thursday - it must be Jerusalem

Our flight over was uneventful - thank heavens - even though we spent some extra time in 2 airports.  We still made the flight to Jordan with time to spare.  That was Sunday/Monday.  Tuesday we traveled 3 hours to Petra, and again it is was as wonderful as our first trip 2 years ago.   Wednesday was the trip to Mt. Nebo looking across the Jordan to Jericho.  Crossing the border was quite difficult this time with 4 gentlemen who each contained something to set off all the alarms.  They all finally made it through the long lines, but we lost too much time to make it to Jericho.  Today, Thursday, we walked where Jesus walked on Palm Sunday and later visited Bethlehem and the Church of the Nativity.  There were several other stops along the way - all greatly enjoyed.  We have a great group of people with us, and we are having an exciting experience in the land of our Lord.  More to come and we will make it to Jerricho.
